no that's not the reason.
there must be an other reason why it is not logging. I can't help in that case.
Light Manager to react to existing Somfy remotes
Have you really activatet logging as in the Screenshot?
Here is a similar problem to yours

False shown mutated vowels seem to come from your Language settings in Windows an Airstudio
Remove username and password in the Air
Downgrade to older version

Many thanks!

Yes indeed.
For language, I will try to make it work by playing with Windows language settings
Remove username and password in the Air
Do you mean in the "more" section of Light Manager setup, in authentication area? It is already empty...
Downgrade to older version
Do you mean Light Manager Firmware or airStudio version?
Grüss!

Have you ever testet an factory reset of your Air?
Here for example:
https://www.jbmedia.eu/light-manager/download/
If you install an older airStudio version, the Firmware will automatically be downgraded when you go to Firmware sectionDowngrade to older version

I have hard reset the Light Manager and repushed the configuration to it.
The Somfy blinds to not react anymore to the UP and DOWN commands sent from configured actuators.
So I tried to to re-PROG them but no success, the blinds do not react to the programmation.
Does it mean I am obliged to create some new actuators and delete the old ones?

So I did a factory reset of Light Manager.
Then I deleted the old actuators and recreated some new ones, so now the blinds are back working.
Just after Light Manager reboot, it was reacting perfectly to RF signals. But after 1 hour, the bug is again happening: Light Manager does not react anymore to RF signals.
I am still using airStudio 9.9.5.4 and Light Manager FW 9.9.
Any recommendation on the airStudio version I should rollback?
Wifi connection is strong and Light Manager has internet connection...
The log page is still empty...
Power supply is the special one I got from JB Media.
RF is indeed set on Somfy, not standard.

I did a lot of tests between previous poyer supply+cable and the one from JB Media.
Behaviour is always the same regardless of the power supply used: RF commands are correctly received during the first minutes of Light Manager after boot. Then, after an hour the RF commands are no more received/recognized.
I will try to rollback to an older version of airStudio/FW and see if it is better!
