Tried to rollback to 9.7.6 and 9.5 and result was worst: no recognition of RF commands at all.

I upgraded back to 9.9.5.4 and 9.9 and finally got the logs working!! Reason was I did not push config to Light Manager after enabling logs.

Now waiting for the bug to happen.

So the logs helped: I could see the Light Manager is indeed working and receiving the RF commands every time!
What is sporadically not working is some webhook system I have behind...
So I will investigate more!

I still have to fix this Windows language issue though ;)

Many many thanks for your support!

It seems that your Windows version is mssing some code pages. What language is acivated in the Windows control panel > region?

However, with the upcoming version we will enclose the language file in UTF-8 format instead of ASCII. This will prevent problems caused by code pages. This version will be available shortly.

Thanks for the info. For some reasons the language file enclosed was still in ASCII format. We have just corrected the problem.

Please download airStudio 10 again and run the installer. Afterwards the translation should be correct.

We are sorry. Unfortunately we can't reproduce the problem. Although airStudio is installed on thousands of systems in serveral countries, we never heard about this problem anywhere else. Could it be that the Windows installation is kinda corrupted? Do you have the possibility to try airStudio on another PC?

No problem, this is not a major issue. Something be messed up in my Windows language configuration.
I will try to compare Windows language parameters on my old Windows PC on which the issue did no appear. :)

Dear jbmedia team,
after upgrading my Light Manager to FW version 10, I faced major issues in piloting my Somfy blinds: for some strange reasons, 3 out of my 4 blinds did not react anymore to the test commands sent from Air Studio. After rolling back to older Air Studio 9.9.5.4 and FW version 9, I got it back working properly.
Is that a known issue?
Kind regards,
Genfersee
