Hello,

Does the light manager support Brel Motors or is it planned to support it in the near future?

https://www.brel-motors.nl

Thank you.

Erwin

These devices look very much like Romotec, Rolladen 7 or IMF, which are fully supported. So it is very likely that Brel works, too. However, we never tested it so far, so we can't give a guarantee.

Thanks,

I'm still using the lightmanager pro. Which protocol should I use than uniroll, fs20 or Intertechno or are these motors not supported by the lightmanager pro?

We are sorry, this works with the Light-Manager Air only. :|

Regarding your other thread (magnet contacts etc. ). Maybe it's better to upgrade your LM. With the Air you will have a great support with different protocols. The Pro is not so flexible as the Air - several things are working with the Pro, but the mostly things (especially RC learning) are not supported by the Pro.

You can see the supported protocols @

Maybe your solution (other thread) will working with the Pro, but you must have a look to the protocol (IR should work, for RC magnet contacts, pls have a look the the page see above).

Thank you for your response. Looks like I really have to upgrade. I hope that I can turn in my pro and get a discount 😉

Hi Erwin,

if you purchased the Pro directly from us, a discount for the Air should be possible. Just contact us by e-mail.

Unfortunately the Pro came to its memory limits years ago already. Including new protocols would mean to kick out others. However, the Air opens up a new world because of its integration of Wi-Fi as well as RF receivers. This will push your home-automation a lot forward, which is something the Pro could not do in any case.
