I have a Kal Fire Fairo 120 gas fire.
I assume the remote sends 868 MHz signals, since the light manager is able to learn these signals.
However the learned signals do not respond.
Below you can find a screenshot
Some help on how to debug, or to be sure that the signal is 868 MHz, might be useful.
Thanks.
Kal Fire Fairo 120
The signal recorded by the Light-Manager is very short. This does not mean that the signal is invalid, but it is a bit strange. What happens if you press the button on the remote control longer during learn procedure? Usually the graph fills the entire space from left to right.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for my late reply (I expected to receive an email notification when a reply was posted).
The above screenshot is the "learned" signal. There is no difference between a short- or long-press.
Any other clues?
Thanks.

This could indicate that a bi-directional RF system is used here. In other words the remote control and the fire place "talk" to each other. This kind of system can be difficult to learn. We will try to get one of these remote controls for further investigation.
