Hello,

Since update to airStudio 9.7.5 and FW 9.4, I can not pilote my Somfy shades anymore.
Is that a know issue?
It was working perfectly with airStudio 9.6.1 and FW 9.2

Hi,

did you downgrade to an older firmware version in the meantime? In this case the synchronization between the Light-Manager and the RTS receiver could be lost. RTS uses a code list, Sender and receiver must be roughly at the same position on the list to make that work.

The restore synchronization just follow the usual tech-in procedure outlined for your receiver. Usually this means pressing the PROG button on the original remote, then select check actuator in from within airStudio (right click on the RTS actuator in the actuator administration window).

I did not do any FW downgrade, here is the sequence I followed:

- Update airStudio from 9.6.1 to 9.7.5
- Update FW from 9.2 to 9.4
- Then Somfy shades could not be piloted anymore.

Should I then make the shades learn again from airStudio? Or should I downgrade to FW9.2 and/or airStudio 9.6.1?

This is strange, usually this effect occurs on downgrade between these particular versions only.

However, we recommend to stick with the current version and synchronize the shades. This effect will not occur again on future updates.

I tried to pair the shade again by setting the shade in programing mode. Then, when sending the PROG command via the airStudio nothing happens, it is like the Light Manager Air is not able to send RTS commands anymore?
Should I try to rollback to FW 9.2? If yes, where could I download it?

I finally hard reset the Light Manager Air, deleted the old actuators and recreated them and now it works fine.
So something was indeed corrupted in config.
